Retention time

Since all of our products are made-to-order, all sales are final. If you are having any issues with your wallpaper or for any manufacturing defects, please reach out to hello@chasingpaper.com for additional troubleshooting or for a product exchange. If you need to cancel your order, please email us at hello@chasingpaper.com within 6 hours of your order purchase. Samples + sale items are final sale.

We take great care in inspecting and packing our products in an effort to ensure that they arrive in perfect condition. If by chance damage does occur, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of order via email at hello@chasingpaper.com to arrange for a replacement. Please retain all packaging for the claims process.
